the artist: Bryan Bramblett---"Horses have taught me a lot.
After graduating from USAO with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. I set out on a
personal journey to study horses as much as possible. While studying their
anatomy and behavior, I managed to learn a lot about myself. The horse
has become my best friend. He has taught me more about art than any art
instructor could. More about the value of patience than any counselor or
therapist could dream of. I've learned that anything worth while requires
time and patience, inexhaustible patience, you never really stop learning.
Practice doesn't always make perfect but it does make better. The more I
learn, the more I realize just how little I actually know. I'm still
learning, and I will be for the rest of my life. I feel very fortunate, to
have met some of the greatest equine artists known today. I also feel
fortunate to be a part of something so great as the horse world. Yes, I do
believe I'm in debt to our hoofed friend, and the only way I can pay him back is
what I'm doing now. I hope you enjoy viewing my work as well as I enjoyed
doing it."
